Smithbrook Kilns is the name of the premises-to-rent development that has arisen from the derelict remains of the old Smithbrook brickworks, seven miles south of Guildford on the A281 to Horsham.
Work on the first buildings to be repaired or rebuilt was begun in the early nineteen-eighties, to cater for the growing need for local premises for small and start-up businesses of all kinds. The intention has been to provide accommodation of a high standard in an attractive, naturally landscaped rural setting.
Twenty years later, the policy remains the same, with over forty different businesses located here.
The following list shows you the varied types of specialist businesses that are of interest to the visiting public. Why not come and have a look and make use of the restaurant for a coffee or light lunch!
