Smithbrook Kilns is very well located being one mile from Cranleigh, the largest village in England, and with Farnham, Guildford, Godalming, Haslemere, Horsham and Woking all within a half hour drive. Buses to Guildford and Horsham stop at the main entrance. Driving to Guildford station and then taking the train to London Waterloo takes between one to one and a half hours. Driving to Gatwick or Heathrow normally takes less than one hour, and the south coast is reached within the same time. A number of taxi firms operate in the vicinity to be hired for short or long distances.
Smithbrook Kilns benefits from approvals for a number of different planning use classes including the following, and is therefore a suitable location for a wide diversity of businesses

The offices are mainly on the first and second floors, ground floor accommodation being reserved for all the other use types. The individual leased premises vary from a minimum of 120 sq ft. in area up to a maximum of some 2000 sq ft. and they are normally let on a lease, the rent and total “package” being finalised during negotiation with us in the restaurant over coffee. We do not use agents.
